Your subscription key is the sign-in. It arrived by email when your Starter licence was paid, and it stays in this browser tab only — it is sent to trumis.com.au and nowhere else.

Paste this line into your complaints page, where the widget should appear. It works straight away; the “Powered by Trumis” mark comes off once your licence is verified.

Where complaints from your page are addressed. People see it before they start, so they know who they are writing to.
Where your embed may run
The widget is locked to the origins listed here — that is what stops anyone copying your snippet onto another site. Paste any address on the site; we store just its origin.
No origins registered. Your embed runs anywhere for now. Add the address of the page it will appear on: verification needs it, and it locks the embed to your site.
Your inbox and page addresses are part of your verified registry entry. To change either, email info@trumis.com.au and we re-check the change.
Rotate your key
Replaces your subscription key immediately. The old one stops working the moment the new one is issued, so update anything using it. The new key is shown once and cannot be recovered.
